Grand Frontier Beef is a division of Prime Link Packaging / PLP Trading LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through grandfrontierbeef.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request an account or an order we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone, city, the products and quantities you request, and your order history. We do not collect or store card or bank account numbers. Payments are handled by QuickBooks Payments (Intuit), and their privacy policy covers the payment details you enter there.

How we use it

We use your information to review account requests, price and fill your orders, create and send invoices, record payments, and contact you about your orders. We do not sell your information.

QuickBooks

We use QuickBooks Online to keep our books. Your business name, email, order lines and invoice amounts are sent to our own QuickBooks company to create invoices and track payments. The connection to QuickBooks is used only by us to run our own business.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site and our business: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Intuit QuickBooks. Each receives only what it needs for that job. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security and keeping data

Passwords are stored as one way hashes. The site runs only over encrypted https. We keep order and invoice records as long as needed for our business and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or close your account and delete information we are not required to keep. Send the request through your account or to your Grand Frontier Beef sales contact.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
