These terms cover your use of grandfrontierbeef.com, operated by Grand Frontier Beef, a division of Prime Link Packaging / PLP Trading LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

Accounts are for approved business buyers. We may approve, decline or close any account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Orders and pricing

Submitting an order is a request for pricing, not a sale. Beef prices move with the market, so each order is priced per pound when we review it. An order is accepted only when you approve our pricing. The Trading Program sells full pallets only, one pallet minimum.

Weights and invoices

Beef is sold by catch weight. Your first invoice uses estimated weights. At loading we update the invoice to the actual scale weights, and that final invoice is the amount due.

Payment

Payment is due on the terms shown on your invoice. You can pay online by bank transfer or card through QuickBooks Payments, or by check or wire. Card payments may include a processing fee, which is shown before you pay.

Product

All beef is sourced from USDA inspected establishments. Product descriptions and photos on the site are for reference; the specs on your approved order control.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.

Florida law governs these terms.
